Pre-Order Information

When placing an order with Wedding Decor Trade, it will show if your item is a Pre-Order or an in stock item. Please note that Pre-Ordered items are sent to our manufacturers that same day, and therefore cannot be cancelled once this has happened as it will go into a production cycle with materials being immediately sourced.

Your order must be received by 5pm on the cut off date in order to qualify for that shipment estimation.

The below dates show all anticipated cut off dates and order ETA's.

All ETA's are potentially subject to shipping delays and delays can and do happen, this can be down to general shipping delays, any shipping crisis at that moment in time, Chinese New Year, global delays, customs checks. All shipping delays will be completely out of our control, however will always endeavour to keep you as updated as possible. Manufacturing time takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks depending on the order in place at that moment in time and as such contributes towards the overall wait time. Our products are certainly worth the wait though! Your ROI will be seen after 1-2 hires and you'll keep coming back for more!

Please see our cut off dates below: - Please note the dates below are into the UK Port. Delivery to us is usually 7-10 days after this date.

5th December 2023, for planned delivery into port 7th March 2024 (Currently Delayed by up to 8 weeks due to The Red Sea Disruption) ETA to us is usually 14 working days upon arrival to port. Exact / confirmed date will be published shortly, but is expected in May 2024.

20th January 2024, for planned delivery into port 30th April 2023 (Slightly delayed by up to 5 weeks due to The Red Sea Disruption - This means the new ETA is expected into the UK Port on or around the second week of June 2024)

15th March 2024, for planned delivery into port 29th June 2024 - Currently on track

20th April 2024, for planned delivery into port 14th July 2024 - Currently on track

17th May 2024, for planned delivery into port 12th August 2024

2nd July 2024, for planned delivery into port 12th October 2024

23rd August 2024, for planned delivery into port 30th November 2024

29th November 2024, for planned delivery into port 2nd March 2025 (Please note Chinese New Year makes this a longer import but also a very important one for wedding season)

Whilst we endeavour to always keep our clients updated, if you haven't heard from us after a little while, you are welcome to email us for a further update. We rely heavily on the ports to provide real time information, however sometimes this isn't always available, so do bear with us whilst we work tirelessly with our overseas manufacturers alongside the UK logistics chain as fast as we can!
