If you wish to cancel a pre-order that hasn't yet reached you, then you have 24 hours to do so. After this time, if you wish to cancel an order, the funds will be placed in exchange for credit on your account with us.

If you wish to return an item that you have received, you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. The team will organise a return and the buyer pays return postage. 

Please note: We do not accept returns on pre-ordered florals unless damaged. All pre-orders are made to order, and classified as bespoke items. If your item is damaged upon arrival, then a refund will be issued. 
All floral items that we agree to return will receive a customer credit on their account which can be used for alternative items or for a future order. This applies to any floral product purchased due to the nature of the product.

Any products that are not floral items must be returned in an unused and resealable state within 7 days. These items are then inspected by our team and your refund issued once we are happy they are in a resealable and unused condition.

We cannot issue a refund on pre order items if they are delayed - all orders are placed with the knowledge that delays can happen. You can instead opt for a customer credit on your account.

Refunds are returned to the same payment method of purchase, and completed through our website only. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
